Your account is identified by your phone number. When you register, we send a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to verify that number. We do not use your phone number for marketing calls or messages beyond order and account-related communication.
5. Payment Information
All payments are processed through Razorpay's secure payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials — these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
6. Refer & Earn / KYC Information
If you choose to withdraw coins earned through our Refer & Earn program, we collect identity verification details (such as your PAN or Aadhaar) and bank account information solely to process your payout. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and are used only for withdrawal verification and processing — never for any other purpose.
7. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies to track you across other websites.
8. Sharing With Third Parties
We share the minimum information necessary with trusted partners who help us run our service: Razorpay for payment processing, our courier partners for order delivery, and our SMS provider for OTP and order notifications.
