1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on the Vednik Enterprises website ("Vednik", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. MRP and discounted prices shown are indicative and may be revised without prior notice; the price applicable at the time of order confirmation will apply.
3. Orders & Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking via Razorpay's secure payment gateway, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders — the amount shown at checkout is payable to the delivery agent. Prepaid orders are confirmed only after successful payment; in case of a payment failure after debit, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway as per its standard timelines.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on your order tracking page, but may vary due to serviceability, weather, or logistical factors beyond our control. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from your account's Order page. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns and refunds are issue-based: a product that is damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or materially different from its description is eligible, and a request must be raised from Account → My Orders within 7 days of delivery. Change-of-mind or personal-preference returns are not accepted. Every request is reviewed by our team; where a physical return is required the item is collected from your address and inspected at our warehouse before the refund is approved. Approved refunds are transferred manually by our administration within 7 working days of approval (for returns, of the item passing our quality check).
6. Refer & Earn Program
Registered customers may share a personal referral link to invite others. When a referred customer completes a purchase, eligible coins are credited to the referrer at the commission rate and coin value in effect at that time (both may change and are set at our sole discretion). Depending on our current settings, coins become available for withdrawal either as soon as the order is delivered, or only after the 7-day return window described in Section 5 has passed since delivery — in either case, a coin is never made available while a return request is open on that order; if one is open, availability is held until it is resolved. Coins are reversed if the originating order is cancelled, is returned to origin during shipping, or is refunded — whether through our payment gateway or through an approved and completed return/refund request — even if the coin had already become available. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse coins earned through fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity.
7. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos and branding — is the property of Vednik Enterprises and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to ensure product quality and accurate information, Vednik Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gondia, Maharashtra.
